The design solution is based on the idea of a creative space for a young person, a space that is like a background for his creative self-realization. The starting point in the aesthetics of the project was the idea of the owners that the loft style is, in their understanding, an excellent “background” for creativity. Therefore, the idea of industrial aesthetics was taken as a basis, in some ways crude, monolithic, brutal, against which manifestations of bright colors of life and creativity “grow”.
