Benevolence, responsibility, the desire to understand the customer’s requests, friendly perseverance where the customer needs to be persuaded… and many, many other things have made repairs (for me) an exciting and enjoyable game! At the end of this difficult process, it seemed to me that I had known Mikhail for many years, and it was great! And I didn’t want to part at all… I hope that I will still need repairs, and I will entrust it to Mikhail! )))
